Game Summary – Mt. Carmel (MD) Defeats Calvin Coolidge
Baltimore’s Our Lady of Mt. Carmel defeated D.C.’s Calvin Coolidge High School in the first game of the final day at the 27th Annual Gonzaga DC Classic. The final score was 72-53.

After a back-and-forth first quarter, Mt. Carmel took control in the second quarter and took an eight point lead into halftime. The Cougars built on that lead as the game progressed.

Junior Marquis Bullet with 17 points and Senior David Erebor with 16 combined to score nearly half of Mt. Carmel’s total points. Junior Terry Nolan had 11 points.

For Calvin Coolidge, scoring was led by Sophomore James Hampton with 13 points and B.J. Hill with 12.
