St. Joseph’s Prep enters the 2025-2026 season returning three varsity players who were key contributors on last year’s team. Will Lesovitz (6’5 senior wing), a starter on last year’s team, brings a ton of experience, leadership, and versatility. He is one of the best wing shooters in the PCL who defends and rebounds. Myles Peterson (6’5 junior wing) also brings a ton of versatility on the wing. His ability to play in the post and on the perimeter will give the Hawks a balanced attack on the offensive end. Julian McKie (6’6 soph. wing) is a budding star. He has elite size and athleticism on the perimeter, along with an ability to score, make plays, and defend / rebound. Julian will certainly make one of the best players in the 2028 Pennsylvania class.
This core is surrounded by a young, talented group. Justin McKie (6’4 soph. point guard) and Luke Maransky (6’0 soph. point guard), both rising stars in 2028 class, will complete the backcourt. Both bring shooting and playmaking to the position. Others who will make an impact on the team are Jayden Howlett (6’0 junior guard) and Alonzo Ellis (6’2 soph. guard), who are both downhill guards with speed and toughness. Kevin O’Connell (6’6 junior wing) is a versatile shooter. Rounding out the roster are Robby Andrews (5’8 senior guard), Julien O’Hanlon (6’7 senior forward), Collin Hartz (6’0 senior guard), Theron Morris (6’6 senior forward), Nate Finn (6’9 soph forward), Atlee Harvey (6’6 soph forward), Gabe Pennington (5’6 soph guard), and Amir Worrell (5’7 soph guard).
The Prep has a standard of excellence both academically and athletically. Our expectations for this year’s team are to continue the proud tradition of Prep basketball. We are excited about this year’s team and the future of Prep basketball.
